Are you looking for a challenging yet fun workout in a group setting? Are you looking to tone up and get in better shape? Then Barebones Boot Camp in Redwood City is for you!
Barebones Boot Camp is all about burning calories and having fun doing it. We keep the class size small enough that one can get personal attention, but large enough that there’s a motivating factor for all participants.

Barebones Boot Camp is never the same workout. We make the workouts creative and challenging for the participants. However people of all fitness levels can perform all of the exercises because we individualize the progression of each exercise for all abilities. We also have team events and relays for a healthy dose of friendly competition to stir a little more out of each individual.
Unlike other boot camps out there, men AND women are welcome to join.

Boot Camp Schedule
Barebones Boot Camp is held Tuesdays and Thursdays in Redwood City from 7am-8am.
Boot Camp Location
Barebones Boot Camp is held in Redwood City at a 38,000 sq foot workout facility on a gorgeous, landscaped100-acre waterfront campus.
We make full use of both indoor and outdoor spaces, whether it is a run along the wetlands, a relay race around the baseball diamonds or an obstacle course in the basketball gym.

Boot Camp Rates
$149 – 10 sessions (5 weeks @ twice a week)
